Through our SeniorLink Service, we're able to offer basic monitoring services with different payment options available to suit your circumstances.

The SeniorLink service can put you in touch with someone who can help at the touch of a button — 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. To have the SeniorLink service installed, all you need is a modern telephone line with a 13 amp electrical socket close by — it's that simple.

Check & Go

We recognise that not everyone likes the idea of a pendant alarm system. For that reason we offer a Check & Go safery confirmation system as an option.

It's very simple: you "check in" with us on a daily basis as a way of asying "I'm OK thank you" by just pressing a button. There's no need to even speak to anyone because the check-in is automatic and takes just seconds.

It's only in the event ath we don't hear from you that we'll check to make sure everything's all right.

The system gives peace of mind to relatives and friends. It can also be used to schedule reminders for medication or a number of other everyday occurrences.

And if you decide you would like a pendant alarm, this can be arranged by a simple phone call to our customer services department.

Mobile Response

Even with a pendant alarm system, there may be times when the people who would normally come to your assistance may not be available.

In this case, we are able to provide mobile response staff who will respond to your call.

Fully CRB checked and skilled in dealing with emergency situations, our staff, based across the North West, can be at your property in minutes. They can assist with emergency service intervention and are a reliable fall-back solution.

They can also be called on for times when perhaps relatives are far away, to act as additional support during holiday periods, and so on.

Carer Support

We often use our technology solutions to assist carers. We can provide equipment for 24 hour on-site carers.
